A Canto Deo Christmas Concert

Now in its eleventh year, Canto Deo offers the free gift of traditional music to the Denver community to celebrate the Christmas season.  Bring your family and friends to enjoy this sparkling concert with the 80-voice Canto Deo Festival Choir and 40-piece Canto Deo Orchestra.  Delight in carols old and new from around the world, like Harold Darke’s In the Bleak Midwinter or Sir David Willcocks’ rousing O Come All Ye Faithful; listen again to the Christmas story told in Luke 2: A Silent Night by Barlow Bradford.  Enjoy favorites by Wilberg, Mendelssohn, and John Williams.  And don’t forget to bring your singing voice – A Canto Deo Christmas offers one of the best carol sing-alongs in town!  As a special tradition for our youngest patrons, we offer the baton to children to conduct the orchestra in Leroy Anderson’s dazzling Sleigh Ride.  Be sure to mark your calendars to join us for A Canto Deo Christmas!
